Production and R&D
Customer service is the most ultimate objective of Safe-Rain's technical department. In our opinion, this objective rests on three basic principles:
- Product design. The information handled by the Safe-Rain technical department travels in two directions: from the customer to the company to meet its requirements, and from the company towards its customers to generate new products to meet demands not satisfied by the market.
- Production processes. The objective of Safe-Rain's factory is to control all processes involved in manufacturing a product. Because processes are totally automated, this takes place in real time. By this means, we are able to comply with the established delivery times and totally control our expenses.
- Checks and tests. By verifying the manufactured material, we are able to assure the quality of our products. This, together with the working methods stipulated by the ISO 9001:2008 standard, means that the traceability of our products is as stipulated at all times.
In short, Safe-Rain's technical and production department is aware that given the current state of the market, it is important to evolve constantly in the training of its employees and the modernisation of its machines and installations.
