Miguel A. Velasco

Miguel A.Velasco started working on Safe-Rain in 2008. As a computer systems engineer, has been evolving in his professional experience from systems technician, to later becoming responsible for online marketing, and currently exerting as responsible for business development in the company.
Although he is currently involved in three areas of the company, he is specially engaged in the commercial / marketing management, focused on the internationalization of Safe-Rain and defining the main pillars of the company, incorporating technology to architectural fountains in one hand, and in the other, the exploitation of the online channel.

Miguel A.Velasco comenzó a trabajar en Safe-Rain en 2008. Como ingeniero técnico de sistemas informáticos ha ido evolucionando en su experiencia profesional donde comenzó como técnico de sistemas, pasando posteriormente a ser responsable de marketing online y actualmente ejerciendo como responsable de Desarrollo de Negocio en la compañía.
Aunque actualmente está involucrado en estas tres áreas de la empresa, sobre todo participa en la dirección comercial / marketing, apostando por la internacionalización de Safe-Rain y definiendo como pilares principales de la compañía  incorporación de la tecnología en las fuentes ornamentales por un lado y la apuesta por el canal online por otro.

We continue to innovate by using longer-lasting, lighter and less costly materials in our products. In this case, we have updated circular and polygon-shaped water manifolds and pipe stocks, and we now offer articulated polygon-shaped water manifolds and the use of water manifolds to produce water curtains. Water ManifoldsWe have replaced copper as a raw material with stainless steel. In order to withstand the chemical products used to clean the water of fountains, copper piping needs to be chromium-plated; however, as this is not necessary with stainless steel, delivery times are shortened. The cost price of stainless steel is also lower than that of copper which, therefore, has a downward impact on the end price of our water manifolds and pipe stocks. In short, this lowers the cost of architectural fountains.

Sample of Water outlesWater outlets are made of brass and come in different diameter sizes with a female thread. As most nozzles have a male thread, no more parts need to be added.Read more
