- This is the IP68. This means that it can be submerged representing an enormous advantage since a great saving is made in pipes and the installation is simplified. If it were not an IP68, its relevant pipes would have to be taken to a dry room and then the basin of the architectural water feature would have to be entered once again, resulting in related problems of load loss, watertightness loss in the pump room, etc. The operating voltage is 24Vdc, which makes it compatible with most Low-Voltage Regulations. - It responds very quickly to status changes and, most importantly, it takes the same amount of time to change from open to closed as from closed to open. This makes it much easier to program the electric control element, which is normally a PLC or a programmable controller.
